We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. It was definitely one of the best places I’ve had lamb gravy mandi.
The lamb was cooked beautifully,tender, full of flavour, and the gravy was absolutely delicious with the rice. Everything came together really well and made for a very enjoyable meal.
The experience was made even better by the atmosphere and the friendly, welcoming staff. You could really feel the care they put into making guests feel comfortable.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🙌

Absolutely amazing experience! Last night’s dinner was fantastic, and our whole group left super happy.
The Lamb Shanks Special Mandi was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of authentic flavor. The Hyderabadi Biryani was outstanding, and the mirchi ka salan gave us the real Hyderabad vibes. Every dish tasted fresh and delicious.
The desserts were amazing too, and ending the meal with Hyderabadi chai made it perfect.
A special mention to the staff—they were very welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a really good experience at Zaitoon Mandi House! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour, and the mandi was excellent. The portions were generous, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
They also have a $15 student deal, which is amazing value for money if you're a student. Definitely worth trying!
Overall, great food, good portions, friendly service, and excellent value. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back again! 👍

I’ve tried a few places around Melbourne, and this has to be one of my favourites for mandi and Irani chai. The mandi was full of flavour, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the meat was so tender that it just fell off the bone.
The Irani chai was just as good—rich, creamy, and not overly sweet. It was the perfect way to finish the meal.
If you’re craving authentic mandi and a proper cup of Irani chai, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Tried this place for the first time and to our surprise the Mandi was very well presented and tasted very close to what we used to have back in India. upon checking the chef is from Hyderabad and had worked in UK and now moved to Melbourne. Hopefully the taste is maintained when we visit next time but so far best Mandi in Melbourne for me! keep it up.

Had a fantastic experience at Zaitoon Mandi House. The Lamb Gravy Mandi was outstanding, and the 65 Mandi and Lamb Biryani were full of flavour. Really enjoyed the combination of Arabian and Hyderabadi taste. Great hospitality, friendly staff, and generous portions. We came as a group of friends and everyone loved it. Definitely worth visiting! 🔥👌

Amazing food and great service! The Lamb Gravy Mandi, Chicken 65 Mandi, and Lamb Biryani were absolutely delicious. A perfect mix of Arabian and authentic Hyderabadi flavours. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. We were a group of 8 friends and everyone really enjoyed the food. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again. 😋🔥

Had a wonderful experience dining at zaitoon mandi. The grand royal mandi platter was flavourful and tastyy. The portions were generous, the food arrived fresh, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend Zaitoon mandi to anyone looking for authentic and flavourful Mandi. The mandi at Zaitoon was so good! The mutton and chicken were super tender and juicy, not dry at all, and the rice had so much flavor. We tried the apricot delight for dessert and it was honestly amazing. Definitely coming back!
